Hi there book lovers! We are Mrs. Gangnath and Ms. Pollack, book club advisors. Mrs. Gangnath has been the Library Media Tech here at Brookhurst for 29 years! Ms. Pollack has been teaching at Brookhurst for 26 years, and she currently teaches 7th grade English.

After years of talking about starting a book club at Brookhurst, we finally did it! We are both passionate about social justice issues and work hard to make sure every child can see an ally in us. When not attending book conferences, book signings, or book sales, we can be found curled up with a good book that we will soon be telling everyone we know to read! We are thrilled to share our love of books and reading with students!
